Early to Mid 20th Century Pair of Louis XV Style French Tapestry Gilt wood fauteuil Chairs. Solid carved beech frame with gesso and gilding. Sprung and webbed seating will require reupholstering.Condition: This pair of chairs are in their original state with tapestry upholstery but overall present well. Marks and wear commensurate with age. Some of the gesso is missing but the generally the frame is strong and sturdy.Perfect occasional chairs for a bedroom, library, props or study.
